Naples, Capri and the Amalfi Coast
Why Naples and the Amalfi Coast
I work with Naples and the Amalfi Coast because no part of Italy gives you more all at once. Naples is loud and alive — the food, the markets, the side streets — a city that doesn’t perform for tourists because it doesn’t need to. Capri is the version of luxury Italy invented a century ago and still does best: small, glamorous, intimate. The Amalfi Coast — Positano, Praiano, Ravello — is the postcard, but the version I design for our clients is the one with a private boat at the right hour, a lemon farm where lunch lasts forever, and a hotel terrace that catches the right light at dusk. Our gay couples come back from this stretch saying the same thing: they felt watched only by the view. Loud where it counts, quiet where it should be.

The trip in a nutshell
Naples hits you like a film—laundry lines and baroque corners, espresso at the counter, the sea always somewhere in the frame. From there, the story opens wide: Pompeii frozen in time beneath Vesuvius, the volcanic landscapes of Campi Flegrei, Capri’s iconic cliffs, and the Amalfi Coast seen the only way it should be—by sea.
This is a curated flow designed to feel effortless: beautiful stays, the right guides, smooth transfers, and experiences with soul—pizza that tastes like Naples, a cooking class with a view, a glass-bottom boat over a submerged Roman city, and evenings that land exactly where you want them to.

Who this is for
This is for gay men who want Southern Italy with style—and without the stress. If you travel for great hotels, great food, and places that feel iconic and effortless, this itinerary is built for you: a bold, cinematic Naples at the start, Capri at its most beautiful, and the Amalfi Coast seen the way it should be—often from the water.
It’s ideal if you like a trip that balances energy and ease. You’ll have guided moments where it truly matters (the art, the archaeology, the details you’d never catch on your own), paired with breathing room for long lunches, aperitivi with a view, and evenings that feel relaxed and unapologetically fun. We also pay attention to the tone of the trip—welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully curated—so you can simply enjoy the experience, be yourself, and feel at home.
Whether you’re travelling solo, as a couple, or with friends, we tailor the pace to you: more sea time or more culture, a slower Capri day, an extra night on the coast, or a more indulgent hotel upgrade. If you want Italy’s most iconic coastline, with a travel experience that feels premium, personal, and designed around how you like to move through a place, this is it.
Sample itinerary
This is a suggested flow from Naples to Capri and the Amalfi Coast—designed to feel effortless and beautifully paced. We tailor hotels, transfers, guides and experiences around you, so nothing is “fixed” until it fits your style. Want more Capri, more coast time, or an extra night with a view? We’ll shape the itinerary around your taste.

DAY 1 — Naples, a first panoramic welcome
Naples welcomes you from above—sea, rooftops, and Vesuvius in the distance. You settle into a handpicked stay with a view, then ease into the week with a relaxed welcome moment and a first dinner that tastes unmistakably Neapolitan.
DAY 2 — Naples, the historic heart and pizza done properly
Walk the city’s oldest streets—decumani and hidden corners—then step into one of Naples’ most unforgettable masterpieces: the Veiled Christ. After a classic pizza lunch, go underground to discover the city beneath the city, then enjoy a free late afternoon at your own pace.
DAY 3 — Amalfi Coast by sea
Today is Amalfi Coast day, best experienced from the water. Cruise along the shoreline, stop in Positano for its iconic beauty, then continue to Amalfi for the cathedral and a slow stroll through the lanes. Back in Naples, the evening stays easy with dinner by the waterfront.
DAY 4 — Pompeii, Vesuvius wines, and a Naples overview
Start in Pompeii with a guided visit that brings the ancient city back to life. Later, taste wines grown on volcanic soil at the foot of Vesuvius—food and views included. Return to Naples with a panoramic drive to see the city from angles you’d never find on your own.
DAY 5 — Capri, the island of style and cliffs
Cross to Capri for a full day of island beauty—Anacapri, viewpoints, and that effortless glamour. Take time for a relaxed lunch, then explore the island by minibus to catch the best scenery before returning to Naples in the late afternoon.
DAY 6 — Campi Flegrei and the submerged city of Baia
A different side of Naples: volcanic landscapes, archaeology, and myth. Visit the Sibyl’s Cave, then take a glass-bottom boat over the submerged ruins of Baia—villas, mosaics, and streets hidden beneath the sea. Finish with key highlights in the area, including the castle museum and the Flavian Amphitheatre in Pozzuoli.
DAY 7 — Sorrento, Ravello, and a farewell on the water
Sorrento sets the tone—cliffs, lemon-scented lanes, and that coast-town ease. Then a cooking experience in the hills, followed by Ravello’s timeless elegance and gardens with views that don’t feel real. At sunset, a sea transfer towards Marechiaro leads to a farewell fish dinner with Naples in the background.
DAY 8 — Departure (or extend the magic)
One last breakfast, then a smooth transfer to the airport or station. Not ready to leave Italy yet? We can add an extra chapter—an additional night in Naples, a few days on the Amalfi Coast, or a slow extension in Puglia—tailored to your pace.
